That's what Fall makes me think of.

Also, fear.

I mean, not of changing leaves, because that's glorious.
not my photo (local archives)
So let's be clear, I'm not afraid of coloured leaves falling on my head.
My head could use some colour.   *side-eye*

September is now the start anew of many things for me.   There's so much to do.   So much I want to do.   But then.... meh.
For some reason, I am so disorganized these days.   Almost unmotivated.   There's just so much noise in my brain:     Back to school.  Back to warmer clothing.  Back to major cleaning after summer months spent seeking adventures.  Back to lessons.

Lessons.  Life.
You would think I'd have the hang of this by now.
But this time - this year - feels so different.

With all this noise; I cannot figure out why.
And I just don't know what to do with myself.

Feeling Beachie

This week’s co-host is ELIZABETH from SILVERS BOOK REVIEWS – she came up with the last two statements

The statements:

 1. I am feeling a bit lost these days.   Changes.  Crossroads.

I do apologize for the cursing......

But unimpressed cat is literally me these days.

2.  I don’t like to eat alone.

Actually, I don't really know the answer to this - because I am rarely alone.  But since I love having all our family around the table at meals; I am guessing this one would really bother me.

3.  Would you *insert any random crime* if you could?

You'd be surprised how many people who do things like lie, steal or even hurt someone, if it was
guaranteed they would not be caught.   Ever seen the movie The Purge?

Creepy as heck -- but it is something very interesting to think about with regards to the human propensity towards violence.

4. Cooking with wine is something to be very careful about.

You don't want to accidentally hit your glass and spill your drink.

Cheers all.
And yes, I will try to find my happy place for next time.
