If you follow me on Facebook, you would have noticed that I had a lovely walk down by our river with my camera.

I had originally traveled down there to hopefully capture some shots for this week's Through the Lens Photo Challenge.   But I got sidetracked by those sweeping natural views......and a few wildlings spotted on the river as well.

Fortunately, I still had to walk back to my car, and thus passed many of the old buildings that make up our lovely downtown core.    There were many different stairs just waiting to be captured.

I love that most of the businesses in our little town make a big effort at Storefront Appeal.    Our downtown might not be big in size..... but it's big on beauty.

Through The Lens Thursday is meant for self-improvement, so please….constructive criticism is welcome!
Through The Lens Thursday is a self-improvement photography project that Alison of Writing, Wishing and I (Greta of Gfunkified) are doing this year.

Don’t forget to join our Flickr group or share your own posts if you’d like to follow along and work on your own photography! And use the hashtag #throughthelensthursday to connect with others working on it, too.

Next week’s prompt is LOOKING UP.
